Who we are
Engineering-led design, from the first line to class approval
Architects of the Sea is led by Abu Huraira Javaid, a naval architect with strong analytical grounding and a passion for engineering-first vessel design. The studio takes projects from concept through detailed design in accordance with the specified construction procedure — ensuring every design is safe, stable and compliant using advanced ship design software, CFD, FEA and inclining tests.
We work as effective collaborators with clients, classification societies, subcontractors and shipyards, translating bold maritime visions into seaworthy reality.

Marine Structural & System Engineer
MS in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering
Owns scantlings, laminate schedules and machinery/system integration, validated against ISO and class rules.

Marine Design & Production Specialist
MS in Naval Architecture
Turns approved design into buildable construction drawings, nesting and production packs for the yard.
